I will identify the atomic size and ionization energy trends on the periodic table. 5. I will calculate wavelength, frequency, and energy of electromagnetic radiation.

I. Introduction
Opening Assignment:
Warm-Up: Write down the noble gas configuration for Cs, Pd, Na, K, Cu, Cr, Ag, Pt, Co, & Bk. Review warm-up State the purpose
II. The Lesson:

Discuss higher energy levels and the similarities in their energies 4. Discuss electrons, hydrogen light emission, wavelengths, and energy levels on page 286 5.
